Dean Patrinely is responsible for corporate and investment strategy, development and new ventures involving Crimson Capital and its affiliates. Mr. Patrinely oversees all aspects of the firm's activities but focuses on the creation of corporate headquarters and luxury residential condominiums. He began his real estate career with Gerald D. Hines Interests in Houston in 1980.

Leonard J. O'Donnell, President/CEO, Principal

Len O'Donnell is responsible for all Crimson Capital entities and endeavors, focusing on real estate investment and capital markets and managing the leasing and investment brokerage activities of Crimson Services. He has worked with Patrinely since 1995.

Michael E. Nicholls, Principal

Michael Nicholls focuses on the execution of PatrinelyGroup's project and construction management functions as well as the strategic property management functions of Crimson Services. He began his project/construction management career with Gerald D. Hines Interests in 1982, where he worked with Mr. Patrinely.

Bill Glading serves as corporate counsel to the Crimson family. Mr. Glading is an attorney with extensive experience in real estate, equity private placements and tax-related matters.

Carolyn M. Drushel, Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Carolyn Drushel is responsible for developing and managing the company's media, client, public relations and corporate identity programs. Ms. Drushel coordinates the production of all marketing materials and oversees regional office administration. She has worked with Patrinely since 1984.
