FIVE CRIMSON SERVICES PROPERTIES IN FLORIDA RECEIVE 2008 ENERGY STARS^®

HOUSTON, Texas (October 6, 2008) – Crimson Services announced today that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded 2008 ENERGY STARS to five of their properties in the Fort Lauderdale area. An ENERGY STAR is a government honor presented to the nation’s most energy-efficient buildings.

The five commercial buildings, Cornerstone One, AtlanTech Tower, Corporate Center III, International Place, and Sawgrass Plaza, were recognized for their energy efficiency and environmental leadership. To earn an ENERGY STAR, a building must utilize 35 percent less energy per square foot than the average building, while still providing quality service and comfort to occupants. According to the EPA, this reduction represents a savings of $25,000 per 50,000 square feet of office space. Since the program was developed in 1999, approximately 3,200 buildings in the United States have received an ENERGY STAR.

Cornerstone One is a 170,000-square-foot office building and boasts amenities such as a full-service deli, a fitness center including locker rooms and showers, and several outdoor eating areas. The building is located in Crimson’s Cornerstone Corporate Campus, which won Best Suburban Office Park of the Year in 2007 and 2008 from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). At 412,000 square feet, AtlanTech Tower in Fort Lauderdale is the largest office building in Broward County and features ocean views from the upper floors. It was awarded the BOMA Building of The Year Award in 2003, 2005, and 2006.

The three additional buildings that earned ENERGY STARS, Corporate Center III, International Place, and Sawgrass Plaza, are all located in Sawgrass International Corporate Park, the largest master- planned corporate business park in Broward County. The buildings consist of more than 250,000 square feet of office space and the location offers easy access to the entire tri-county area.

Ten ENERGY STARS have been awarded in 2008 to Crimson Services for properties in Texas, Florida, and Colorado.
