FOUR CRIMSON SERVICES PROPERTIES IN TEXAS RECEIVE 2008 ENERGY STARS^®

HOUSTON, Texas (June 2, 2008) – Crimson Services announced today that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) awarded 2008 ENERGY STARS to four of their properties in The Woodlands, Texas. An ENERGY STAR is a government honor presented to the nation’s most energy-efficient buildings.

The four commercial buildings, Anadarko Tower, 1200 Timberloch Place, Town Center One, and Town Center Two, were the only buildings in The Woodlands area recognized for their energy efficiency and environmental leadership. To earn an ENERGY STAR, a building must use 35 percent less energy than average buildings, while still providing quality service and comfort to occupants. Since the program was developed in 1999, approximately 3,200 buildings in the United States have received an ENERGY STAR.
