NOVO NORDISK SIGNS LEASE AT PRINCETON CORPORATE CAMPUS

Princeton, N.J. (March 11, 2008) - Crimson Services, LLC, a national leasing and property management company affiliated with Patrinely Group, has negotiated a 167,000-square-foot lease for Novo Nordisk Inc. at 1100 Campus Road on the Princeton Corporate Campus in Princeton, N.J.

The new lease represents an expansion of Novo Nordisk's United States headquarters. The healthcare company and world leader in diabetes care currently leases 174,000 square feet of office space across Route 1 at 100 and 150 College Road West that was developed by Patrinely Group.

1100 Campus Road is a five story Class A office building. Amenities offered are a full-service cafeteria, a fitness center, ample parking and on-site management. The project, designed by Ballinger and built by L.F. Driscoll Co., is owned by a joint venture of Patrinely Group and USAA Real Estate Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of USAA Insurance Company.

1100 Campus Road is the first of five, five-story buildings to be completed in Princeton Corporate Campus, an 800,000-square-foot master-planned office development located in Princeton's prestigious Forrestal Center, the pre-eminent university-sponsored business park in the Northeast. The Campus, being developed by Patrinely Group, is located on a 75-acre tract fronting on Route 1 in the heart of the Princeton office market, providing a richly landscaped park-like environment.

Steve Tolkach, executive vice president of Newmark Knight Frank, represented Novo Nordisk in the transaction. Crimson Services represented the joint venture between Patrinely Group and USAA.
