New Tampa condominium community is scheduled to open to residents in October;
Limited number of residences still available

TAMPA, Fla. (October 12, 2007) - Patrinely Group unveiled its newest luxury condominium community, The Plaza Harbour Island, at a preview reception on September 26. More than 600 guests including future residents, prospective purchasers and real estate professionals gathered to celebrate and preview the new development at 450 Knights Run Ave. As one of the last residential developments on Harbour Island, more than 80 percent of the residences at The Plaza have been sold.

The Plaza Harbour Island is a 20-story condominium tower featuring Mediterranean-style architecture. The 114 residences, including seven town homes and 17 casitas, range in size from 1,400 to 4,300 square feet. Prices for the one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences range from just under $500,000 to $3 million. Patrinely Group held on to a select group of residences so that they could be showcased at the preview event, including some 1,400-square-foot one-bedroom units with a den, several two-bedroom residences with 1,800 to 2,200 square feet of living space and two large penthouses.

The Plaza's fourth-floor amenity level includes a spa treatment room and dry sauna, state-of-the-art fitness center, club room, a private lounge for entertaining, a business and media center and private guest suites. Building amenities also include concierge and valet services. In addition, residents will enjoy the expansive and well-landscaped Palm Court, complete with a pavilion and cooking grill. Capping off this magnificent outdoor experience is an infinite edge pool with a spacious stone deck completely bound by private cabanas.

Patrinely assembled a world-class team to create the elegant "Palm Beach" Mediterranean-style architecture and sophisticated design features found in oceanfront South Florida luxury high-rise residences. The Plaza Harbour Island team consists of interior architect The Howard Design Group, architect Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, Inc., general contractor Hardin Construction Company and Tampa partner Carl Lindell.

The reception was sophisticated and elegant, reflecting the lifestyle experience of The Plaza. Upon entering the lobby, guests were greeted with classical guitar music and champagne. On the fourth floor amenity level, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres were served throughout the Residents' Lounge and outdoor Palm Court. Guests took a first hand look at the spectacular pool deck and cabanas, which many compared to the pools found in Miami's famous oceanfront hotels. Outside, a live jazz band surrounded the grill area, where Mise en Place created special food presentations and wine pairings. All of this provided guests an opportunity to sample the taste of luxury living offered by The Plaza.

A collection of art was also on display, presented by Michael Murphy Gallery in the Club Room, along with a specialty martini bar and live piano music. As the sun set, The Plaza lit up the downtown skyline, along with the views of downtown Tampa, which guests were also able to enjoy during tours of the Sky Residences.
