PATRINELY GROUP SELECTED AS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR
TETRA TECHNOLOGIES HEADQUARTERS

175,000-square-foot build-to-suit development underway

HOUSTON, TX (June 11, 2007) - Patrinely Group has been selected as the development manager for TETRA Technologies' new corporate headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. The 175,000-square-foot facility will include office space as well as a parking garage and will enable all local employees to work from one location. TETRA is a global oil and gas services company with employees and operations on five continents. 

"We are pleased to be managing the development of TETRA's new headquarters facility," said Dean Patrinely, chairman and managing principal of Patrinely Group, LLC. "The design of the building will provide the additional room and quality atmosphere TETRA requires as a growing company." 

The building, customized solely for TETRA, will feature state-of-the-art lighting and underfloor HVAC systems. Both the parking facility and the building will incorporate enhanced security. 

The new building is scheduled to be completed in January 2009. TETRA anticipates that as many as 450 people may be working in the facility by 2012.
