PATRINELY GROUP ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR OFFICE CONDOMINIUMS AT
CORNERSTONE CORPORATE CENTER

PLANTATION, Fla. - (June 30, 2006) - Patrinely Group, LLC, a national real estate development company, today announces its plans to build a five-story office condominium at Cornerstone Corporate Center.

Known as Cornerstone Five, this Class A building consists of four office floors above an executive parking level. Designed by Boca Raton-based Retzsch Lanao Caycedo Architects, the building is slated to be completed in late 2007.

Cornerstone Corporate Center is a 58-acre mixed use class A suburban business campus located at I-595 and Pine Island Road in Broward County. Patrinely Group's two existing office buildings in Cornerstone Corporate Center are home to numerous Fortune 100 companies, consisting of Cornerstone One, a 170,000-square–foot, eight-story building; and Cornerstone Two, a 110,000-square–foot, five-story building. In 2005, DHL Worldwide Express selected Cornerstone Corporate Center as the location for its corporate headquarters and signed an 180,000-square-foot lease in the existing Cornerstone buildings.
